Junk Removal Questions, Answered
Straight answers about quotes, items, access, and where we work, so you know what to expect before you book.
How do I get a junk removal quote?
Use the estimate form or call (913) 498-9996. Include the pickup ZIP code, a list of the items, where they are, and any access details. You can attach up to three photos.
What affects the price?
The price depends on what you have, how much there is, where the items are, and how easy they are to reach. Stairs, long carries, elevators, tight doorways, and limited parking can all change the scope.
Is the price confirmed before the pickup?
Yes. The accepted items, scope, price, and available timing are reviewed with you before the pickup is booked.
Do I need an exact item count?
No. List the largest items first and estimate the rest. For a big pile or a full room, a few wide photos usually explain the job better than a long list.
What items do you remove?
Common requests include furniture, mattresses and box springs, large appliances, garage clutter, and office and commercial items. Send the full list, including anything unusual, so we can confirm what can be included.
Are there items you can't take?
Paint, chemicals, fuel, batteries, propane cylinders, ammunition, medical waste, and other hazardous or regulated materials need special handling. Separate them and mention them in your request so we can tell you what is possible.
Do appliances need to be disconnected first?
Tell us whether the appliance is still connected to water, gas, or electricity. Empty refrigerators and freezers, and let them defrost if possible. We will tell you what needs to be done before pickup.
What happens to the items after pickup?
If you hope something can be reused or recycled, point it out. What's possible depends on the item's condition and material and on what local facilities accept, so we discuss it item by item.
Do the items have to be at the curb?
No. Items can be at the curb, in the driveway or garage, or inside the home. Tell us the room, floor, and path out so the job can be planned.
Can you take items from upstairs or a basement?
Yes. Mention which floor, how the stairs are laid out, and any tight turns or doorways. A photo of the stairway helps with large furniture.
What are your hours?
We're available 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Pickup availability is confirmed by address and job.
What should I do before pickup day?
Separate what stays from what goes, remove valuables and documents, clear the path out if you can, and let us know about parking, gate codes, or building rules.
What areas do you serve?
Overland Park is our home base. We also review pickups across the Kansas City metro, including Olathe, Lenexa, Shawnee, Leawood, Prairie Village, Kansas City (Kansas and Missouri), Lee's Summit, Independence, Blue Springs, Liberty, and Grandview. See all service areas.
My city isn't listed. Can you still help?
Possibly. Send the pickup ZIP code with your request and we will confirm whether the address can be included.
Do you work with landlords, property managers, and businesses?
Yes. We handle rental move-outs, property turnovers, and office or storage-area cleanouts. Send access instructions, photos, and who approves the scope.
